From Startup to Tier-1 OEM Partner
Prashanti Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1995 by first-generation entrepreneurs Mr. Narsingh Dhanotiya and Mr. Manoj Gala — both Mechanical Engineers from SGSITS Indore with a combined industry experience of over 80 years. Starting as a precision job shop, Prashanti quickly established itself as a reliable supplier of high-quality machined components.
In 2001, the company began supplying to L&T and CASE Construction Equipment, followed by VECV in 2002 — marking its entry as a Tier-1 automotive supplier. The Pithampur operations started in 2004, followed by progressive capacity expansions across VMC, HMC, and overall plant infrastructure. In 2013, the company achieved IATF 16949 certification, cementing its position as a quality-first precision manufacturer.
Today, with an excellent team of employees, a 70,000 sq ft plant, and a second generation of leadership bringing global exposure from IIM Lucknow, University of Michigan — Prashanti continues to grow as a trusted precision manufacturing partner for global OEMs.
